- Electrical insect killer sold in blue box sold via multiple outlets including Amazon, B&Q, Temu, eBay, Debenhams and OnBuy.

- The product presents a risk of electric shock as live parts can be accessed without tools. Additionally, the plug does not contain a ballast and is considered counterfeit. The ballast is required to ensure the safe operation of the fuse under fault conditions, and its absence could lead to the plug overheating and/or exploding.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016 and the Plugs and Sockets etc. (Safety) Regulations 1994.
- Corrective action
- The product has been recalled the product from end users. Owners are advised to stop using this product immediately, unplug it and ensure it is stored safely.
