- Product supplied in brown cardboard box marked TMEE. An inner cardboard box is marked 5070-T. The cabinet is available in two types – Type A is the cabinet subject to this recall.

- Hazard
- The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the shaver socket is connected directly to mains. The product should incorporate a Class II reinforced insulation isolation transformer to protect the user from electric shock in high moisture environments, which it did not. The product had also been constructed with a Class I LED driver unit and all accessible parts had not been earthed, as required.
- The product also presents a risk of fire as internal parts were covered in a wax paper masking tape, which could ignite under fault conditions. The product also requires improvements to marking, labelling and documentation.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
