- The product has been identified as presenting a serious risk of fire as it was supplied with a noncompliant cord with cross-sectional area significantly less the minimum permissible and a noncompliant plug with multiple dimensional noncompliances. When in use, the product may fail due to noncompliant parts and ignite. The product also required improvements to labelling, markings and instructions.
