- The product presents a risk of electric shock as it does not comply with the standard BS 1363. The plug portion and/or pins do not meet with dimensional requirements. There is no fuse link where required and the product does not meet the electric strength test. A single pin insertion is also possible.
- The plug and power cord do not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
- Corrective action
- The product has been recalled from end users. Customers are advised stop using it immediately and return to any TK Maxx or Homesense store for a full refund.
