- The product presents a risk of burns to the user as it has been identified that the welding seam of the boiler can split open.
- The failure of the welding seam leads to the escape of hot steam which can burn the user.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
- Corrective action
- The product has been recalled from end users. We recommend that owners stop using the product immediately and unplug it from mains power supply.
- A modification programme is underway for repairs and refunds.
