- A white cube shaped 3-pin Type C charger plug. Input AC100-240V 50/60Hz 0.5A

- The product presents a serious risk of electric shock and fire as the transformer is of poor build quality, with primary and secondary windings touching. The product also has insufficient creepage and clearance distances, and during testing, the solder on the PCB showed a possibility of lead being present.
- The product was also not supplied with an instruction manual, and some of the required documentation and markings were not present.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
- Corrective action
- The product has been recalled from end users by The Phone Zone (Cheltenham).
