- The product has been identified as presenting a high risk of entrapment and injuries as it possesses a free running waist drawcord with no bar tacking to secure it, thereby not meeting the requirements of the relevant standard, BS EN 14682:2014.
- It is possible for the drawcord to be caught in a gap or protuberance during use. If the cord becomes trapped during use, the user may experience injuries such as ischaemia (i.e. inadequate blood supply) or bruising.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005.
