- The product presents a risk of injuries as a it has been identified that there is potential for the engine’s steering position sensor to malfunction. When the steering position sensor malfunctions, it will set a fault code and the vessel’s steering and available thrust will be limited.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Recreational Craft Regulations 2017.
- Corrective action
- The product has been recalled from end users for repair/replacement. To correct the issue, the steering sensor will be replaced, and the vessel’s propulsion software will be updated.
