- The product presents a high risk of fire as the earthing arrangements were insufficient, which could allow accessible metal parts to become live under fault conditions and internal components to overheat.
- Sharp edges and burrs were also present around the handles, which presents a risk of cuts and injuries to the user. The product also required improvements to marking, labelling and documentation.
