- The product presents a risk of burns as it has been identified that internal components can overheat, resulting in melting of the plastic base of the torch. If the user were to touch the plastic base whilst it is hot, they could receive a burn.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
