- Plush toy in the form of ‘Huggy Wuggy’, a video game villain, with green fluffy body, multiple-coloured shapes, yellow feet and a big red mouth with sharp teeth.

- The product has been identified as presenting a risk of asphyxiation as the fibrous internal stuffing is possibly accessible via a hole found in the seam that joined the left arm to the body. The age warning on this toy was deemed inappropriate as the card label bore a warning with respect to children under 3 years, but the product was deemed to be intended for children of all ages. Some of the required documentation was not present.
