- Black and blue power bank intended for use as a jump starter for motorcycles, cars, 4 x 4s and vans. A LED torch and a power bank for phones and tablets.

- The RPPL260 has been identified as potentially presenting a risk of fire. The product may not cut off power in standby mode. This proximity to a lithium-ion battery presents a risk of a thermal runaway.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
- Corrective action
- The product has been recalled from end users. This follows the recall issued in March 2023 for the Fast Charge Jump Starter 260 RPPL360 model.
- Consumers should immediately stop using the RPPL260 jump starter. Store the product outside, protected from water and rain. For further information contact the retailer or Ring Customer Services 0113 213 7389 & ordering@ringautomotive.com for the up-to-date advice for obtaining a refund and safely disposing of the unit.
