- Black 2 13amp socket and 1 USB and 1 USBC socket extension lead with a 13amp plug supplied with an L shaped desk.

- The product presents a high risk of fire as single insulated live wires were present, which can contact secondary parts of the USB PCB. These should be sleeved or adequately restrained. Such contact increases the likelihood of electrical arcing or short circuits, which can lead to overheating and potentially cause a fire.
- The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.
