- It has been identified that some circuit boards inside the Affected Products’ battery pack may be susceptible to the creation of localised hot spots. In a small number of cases, this could lead to a risk of the circuit board overheating or catching fire.
- Consumers are advised to remove their machine from the charging base, turn off the machine and stop using the device, and to contact BISSELL.
