- The product presents a serious risk of injuries as a screw within the folding mechanism may not have been tightened to the required specification during production and can gradually loosen during normal use. This can lead to a loss of structural support and stability while riding, increasing the risk of the scooter collapsing and the rider losing balance, which may result in injuries.
