- The individual balls and sticks were found to be small enough to fit completely into a small parts cylinder and as such, would be regarded as capable of causing a choking hazard for a child under 3 years of age.

- When tested, eight of the magnetic cylinders sampled were found to have a magnetic flux index greater than 50 kG2mm2 with an average index of 169.7 kG2mm2.
